Generate an original story idea that is related to SJSU for a 400-600 word feature story that is due April 14 (final draft). Rough draft is due April 12. This gives you plenty of time to come up with an idea and interview students for the story (interview and quote at least three).
Think in terms of story ideas that students can relate to such as campus safety, technology or pocketbook issues. I want to know your story idea by Thursday March 24. It's a good idea to come up with a couple of ideas in case you need a backup.
